Do you ship across Canada?
Yes! We ship Canada-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide, including to the United States and beyond! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are at the buyer's expense. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may apply.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Domestic delivery is typically 3–7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination.

Local Pickup

Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! We're based in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and are happy to arrange local pickup. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to waive shipping fees, then send us a message to arrange a convenient time.

Condition & Sourcing

How do you describe item condition?
We use the following condition grades:

  • Excellent vintage condition — minimal wear, looks beautiful; may have very minor age-related marks
  • Good vintage condition — shows some signs of age and use, but remains fully functional and attractive
  • Display condition — best suited for decorative use; may have more visible wear or imperfections

Where do your pieces come from?
Our pieces are sourced from estate sales, antique markets, and private collections. Each item is hand-selected for its quality, character, and beauty.

Are your silverplate items restored?
Yes! All silverplate items are hand-polished by us before listing. We use Wright's Silver Cream to bring out a beautiful shine.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. As a vintage shop, each piece is one-of-a-kind and sold as described. We take great care to accurately describe and photograph every item, and we're always happy to answer questions or provide additional photos before you purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
