Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review each case individually and, where damage is confirmed, issue a full refund or store credit at our discretion. We are unable to process damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
