Local Pickup — Kitchener, Ontario Free local pickup is available in Kitchener, Ontario (KW area). Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to waive shipping charges. Once your order is placed, we'll be in touch to coordinate a convenient pickup time. Please do not arrive without confirmation.

Domestic Shipping — Canada We ship across Canada via Canada Post and select carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Most orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Fragile and oversized items (such as china sets and framed art) are packed with extra care across multiple padded boxes and may require additional handling time.

United States Shipping We ship to the United States via Canada Post and select carriers. Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. Duties and import taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Shipping All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery and vary by country. The Lilac Bloom Vintage is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred at customs. If a package is refused or unclaimed at customs, the order cannot be refunded until the item is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs and any duties incurred on the return will be deducted from the refund.

Packaging Every item is packed with care befitting its age and fragility. Vintage china, glassware, and framed pieces are wrapped individually and cushioned in multiple layers of protective packaging. We take pride in ensuring your heirloom arrives safely.
