By accessing or purchasing from The Lilac Bloom Vintage (lilacbloomvintage.ca), you agree to the following terms.

1. General These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products All items are vintage or antique and are sold as described. Condition, age, and any known flaws are noted in each listing. Natural wear consistent with age is not considered a defect. Dimensions and weights are approximate.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed in CAD.

4. Shipping We ship from Canada. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees.

5. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property All photography, copy, and branding on this site are the property of The Lilac Bloom Vintage and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability The Lilac Bloom Vintage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
